Q – How long has Over the Rainbow Promo been in business?

A- We have been in business 15 years and still going strong. We keep updated within the industry allowing us to always offer you the newest, best products out there.

Q- How do I order samples

A - We have over 500,000 virtual samples we can send directly to your email. If you would like a live sample of a product we would be more then happy to order one and have it shipped directly to you Click here to request a sample.

Q – How do I customize these great products? Do I add them to my cart

A-Yes you can add the items to your cart and upload your logo right on the site itself with easy step by step ordering, or if you prefer you can call us and we will walk you through the order process on the phone. If you do not already have an existing logo or theme, Over the Rainbow Promo can help you create your logo or help with any changes you might have to your current logo. We have a full time artist on staff to create and meet all of your expectations. We would be more then happy to have our artist speak with you and get a feel for your needs and give you a quote on the costs relating to the design of your logo and or art work.

Q – What are your acceptable Payment Methods

A- We take Pay Pal and checks. If you pay by a check you must wait for the check to clear before the order is processed. Once we have established business with your company we will consider terms for your account for future orders.

Q- Credit card security

A-All credit card transactions are processed by industry leading Authorized gateway and user profiles along with encrypted credit card information that is stored on fully secured servers that comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Date Security Standards. Over the Rainbow Promotions does not view or store full credit card information locally. We only see the same encrypted information our clients see. Security is one of our top priorities, we want our clients to have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via UPS.

Q-Miscellaneous Charges

A-Most products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. New imprints will require new screens and charges. Some companies do charge repeat screen fees which are usually half the charge of the initial set up

Q- Cancellations

A-We do not have any cancellation fees, your order maybe canceled any time before it goes to production and actually printed. However if the order is in pre-production and a screen has already been made then the customer is responsible for any screen fees. Screen fees or setup fees vary depending on the product ordered.

Q- Returns

A-Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We work hard to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. If there was a problem with your order due to direct fault of Over the rainbow Promo, we will resolve the issue promptly. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt. Q-How long will it take to receive my order

A – Order delivery is approximately 2 to 3 weeks after approval of final art. If products are needed sooner, we will work with you to meet an earlier ship date. In some instances, expedited shipping charges may apply. We get all of our orders out as soon as possible, and will in most cases be less than 3 weeks. Shipping to alternative locations is available for an additional charge and needs to be quoted separately depending on the product, shipping method and destination addresses.

Q- Is it possible to get an order rushed and or do you have 24 and 48 hour service available.

A- Yes you can get your order on a rush, different companies charge different rush charges to rush an order. Please call or email for a rush charge quote. Over the Rainbow Promo has many companies that offer 24 and 48 rush service as a regular service with NO rush charges .Please inquire by email or phone. We aim to meet all your RUSH needs.

Q – When does “Production Time” begin

A – As soon as the order is confirmed and artwork is received, production has begun.

Q – What are “over/under's”? What is your policy for these

A – It is understood that an under-run or over-run of not more than 10% to be billed pro-rata is acceptable by the customer. Over the Rainbow Promo will make every effort to get as close to the desired quantity as possible. Our policy is to ensure, that you get what you pay for. You will be invoiced once you receive shipment based on the total amount of product you received, freight charges and tax if applicable.

Q – Do you keep my art/imprint information on file

A – Yes we do keep your artwork on file for 2 years.We would be happy to email you or your marketing department the file for your use in the future.
